Terms of Service

open-claw.zip is a paid Windows installer and setup guide for OpenClaw, a free and open-source personal AI assistant. Your purchase includes:

• A Windows installer (.exe) that automates the OpenClaw setup process
• A curated starter skill bundle (6 skills pre-configured)
• A getting-started PDF guide
• Email support for setup issues

OpenClaw itself is free and open source (MIT licensed). You are paying for the installer, curation, and support — not the underlying software. You can install OpenClaw manually for free at openclaw.ai.

OpenClaw requires an API key from an AI model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). These costs are separate from your purchase and paid directly to those providers. Typical usage costs $5–15/month. We have no control over their pricing.

We offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. If open-claw.zip doesn't work on your machine or you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@open-claw.zip within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Stripe.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the installer on your own Windows machine. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the installer
• Share your purchased download link with others
• Use the installer to set up OpenClaw on machines you don't own or operate

The installer is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), but we cannot guarantee it will work on every machine configuration. If you encounter issues, contact support and we'll do our best to help — or issue a refund if we can't.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the installer or OpenClaw.

This product installs OpenClaw, which is maintained by Peter Steinberger and the OpenClaw contributors under the MIT license. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw project. OpenClaw's own terms and licenses apply to the software itself.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of any purchased product after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify existing customers of material changes via email.
