Refund Policy

14-day full refund. No questions asked.
If open-claw.zip doesn't work for you, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@open-claw.zip with:
- Your order number (from your receipt email)
- The email address used at checkout
You don't need to explain why. We'll process the refund within 3–5 business days. The charge will be reversed to your original payment method via Stripe.
Eligibility
- Purchase must be within 14 days
- One refund per customer per product
- Refunds apply to the $49 base price. If you purchased the 30-min setup call add-on and the call has already taken place, that portion is non-refundable.
What we can't refund
- AI model API costs (paid directly to Anthropic or OpenAI — contact them for those)
- Purchases older than 14 days (we may make exceptions for documented technical issues — just ask)

Before requesting a refund, consider emailing support. Most issues (SmartScreen warnings, Node.js problems, API key errors) are fixable in 10–15 minutes. We're happy to help.
